What you’ll do:
- Turn around void properties and carry out basic repairs (electrical/plumbing/trades).
- Diagnose faults, identify hazards, and make safe/resolve where appropriate.
- Record visits clearly—upload reports and condition videos promptly.
- Be the link between tenants and our Service Centre—clear, proactive updates.
- Pitch in on ad-hoc tasks and take part in an on-call rota when required.
What you’ll bring:

- Working knowledge of basic electrics, plumbing and general trades.
