What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and agents.
Win new business and generate high-value property opportunities.
Lead a full 360° sales cycle – from pipeline development to property onboarding.
Negotiate rental plans and commercial agreements.
Act as an account lead for existing landlords and clients, delivering outstanding service.
Represent the company at networking events and industry meetups.
Work alongside Directors to shape campaigns and local engagement activities.
Be a key contributor to our reputation and brand growth across the region.

About You:

A proven track record in business development, sales or commercial growth (property experience preferred).
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, written English and numeracy skills.
A commercial mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Flexibility, resilience and the ability to build credibility in the market.
A proactive, problem-solving approach and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
