What you’ll do:

Turn around void properties and carry out basic repairs (electrical/plumbing/trades).
Diagnose faults, identify hazards, and make safe/resolve where appropriate.
Record visits clearly—upload reports and condition videos promptly.
Be the link between tenants and our Service Centre—clear, proactive updates.
Pitch in on ad-hoc tasks and take part in an on-call rota when required.

What you’ll bring:
